We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing critical data that supports our operations and ensures the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Accurately input and update pharmaceutical data into company databases and systems.
Verify and cross-check information for errors or discrepancies before data entry.
Maintain and organize electronic and paper records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information and resolve data inconsistencies.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive pharmaceutical and patient information.
Perform regular data audits and report any anomalies to the supervisor.
Assist in generating reports and summaries based on entered data for management review.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role, preferably within pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with team members and management.
