A Customer Support Specialist serves as the first point of contact between a company and its customers. They handle inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide guidance on products or services in a timely and professional manner.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or help desk systems
Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues
Provide accurate information about products, policies, and services
Escalate complex issues to technical or senior support teams when needed
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM or ticketing systems
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
Collect customer feedback to help improve products and services
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
