We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Single Facer Operator to join our corrugated packaging production team. You will operate and monitor single facer machinery to produce high-quality corrugated medium used in box manufacturing, ensuring consistent output and minimal downtime.
Set up, operate and monitor single facer corrugating machines to produce corrugated medium at specified flute profiles
Adjust steam pressure, glue viscosity, temperature, and tension settings to maintain board quality and bonding strength
Perform roll splicing, paper web threading, and web tension control during production runs
Conduct in-process quality checks (flute height, glue bond, caliper measurement) and log production data accurately
