Founding Finance & Strategy Lead

Role Description

This is a hybrid leadership role with flexibility for remote collaboration. While our operational activities are based in Pakistan, we are open to working with exceptional global talent across regions including China, Singapore, Dubai, and other international startup ecosystems.

As the Founding Finance & Strategy Lead at ZipGo Logistics, you will work directly with the founder and core leadership team to help shape the company’s long-term financial, operational, and strategic direction.

This is not a traditional corporate CFO position.

We are looking for a builder — someone who understands how startups operate in uncertain environments and can help transform early-stage traction into scalable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead ZipGo’s financial and strategic planning systems

• Build scalable operational finance structures for long-term expansion

• Analyze unit economics, margins, operational costs, and delivery efficiency

• Support fundraising preparation, investor communication, and financial modeling

• Assist in creating scalable business structures for future regional and international expansion

• Build reporting frameworks and performance tracking systems

• Work closely with operations and technology teams to align growth with execution

• Support strategic partnerships related to logistics, EV infrastructure, and mobility systems

• Help establish long-term governance, budgeting, and organizational systems

• Provide strategic insights that improve sustainability, scalability, and operational control

• Assist in evaluating expansion opportunities across new cities and operational markets

• Help create a financially disciplined growth environment while maintaining startup agility

Global operational or fundraising exposure is a strong plus.

Experience in Asian, Middle Eastern, or emerging-market ecosystems is also beneficial.
