About the Role
ACHAR SPORTS OPC PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing chess coaching team.
Fresh graduates and beginners are encouraged to apply. Selected candidates will receive internal training and mentorship to conduct engaging>

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct>

- Engage students through puzzles and interactive activities
- Maintain discipline and positive learning environment
- Support student participation and growth
- Attend internal coach training sessions
- Maintain professionalism and communication standards

Probation Period
Duration: 3 Months
During probation:
- Compensation will be performance based
- Coaches are expected to actively support student on boarding and retention
Monthly Target:
- 4 student on boardings per month
---
Post Probation Benefits
Upon successful completion of probation:
- Compensation may be revised up to ₹15,000 per month
- Students may be assigned by the company based on performance and operational requirements
