Job description:
We are looking for Junior and Mid-Level Bench Sales Recruiters to join our growing team.
Salary: Depends on Experience + Attractive Recurring Incentives
Shift: (Night)
Location: [Ameerpet, Hyderabad, on-site]
Key Responsibilities:
Market Bench Consultants: Proactively market our internal pool of IT consultants (OPT, GC, and US Citizens) to Tier-1 Vendors and Implementation Partners.
Full Sales Cycle: Handle the end-to-end process from identifying requirements on job portals (Dice, Monster, ) to submission and interview scheduling.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and prime vendors to ensure frequent placement opportunities.
Negotiation: Negotiate the best possible hourly rates for our consultants to maximize company margins.
Tracking: Maintain accurate daily reports of submissions, interviews, and status updates.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent Communication: High fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory for interacting with US-based clients.
Adaptability: Comfortable working Rotational Shifts to align with US Time Zones (EST/CST/PST).
Tech Savvy: Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099) is a huge plus.
Drive: A "can-do" attitude with a focus on hitting monthly placement targets.
