HR Executive–Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Lead
We are seeking an experienced and target-driven HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & Recruitment to support recruitment activities across multiple business verticals. This role is 100%focusedoncandidatesourcing,screening,calling,interviewcoordination,follow-ups, and recruitment operations.
The selected candidate will work under the guidance of Senior HR Recruiters and will be responsibleforbuildingcandidatepipelines,liningupinterviews,maintainingrecruitment trackers, and supporting end-to-end hiring activities.
KeyResponsibilities–Recruitment&CandidateSourcing
· Sourcecandidatesthroughjobportals,databases,referrals,socialmedia, and other recruitment channels.
· Screenandshortlistcandidateprofilesasperjob requirements.
· Conducttelephonicscreeningandpreliminarycandidateassessments.
· Explainjobroles,companyinformation,compensationstructure,andinterview process to candidates.
· Buildandmaintainastrongcandidatepipelineforassignedpositions.
· Generatequalitycandidateleadsandmaintainconsistentsourcingactivity.
CandidateCoordination&InterviewManagement
· Contactandinviteshortlistedcandidatesfor interviews.
· ScheduleinterviewsandcoordinatewithSeniorHRRecruitersandhiringmanagers.
· Ensurecandidatesreceiveinterviewdetails,locationinformation,andjoining instructions.
· Conductregularfollow-upstoimproveinterviewattendanceandjoiningratios.
· Trackcandidatemovementthrougheachstageoftherecruitmentprocess.
· Maintainapositiveandprofessionalcandidate experience.
· Maintainrecruitmentdashboardsandhiringtrackers.
· Submitdaily, weekly, andmonthly hiring reports.
· Trackinterviews,selections,offers,joinings,anddropouts.
· Identifyrecruitmentbottlenecksand recommend solutions.
· EnsurecompliancewithcompanyrecruitmentprocessesandSOPs.
· Maintaincandidatedatabases,recruitmenttrackers, andhiringrecords.
· Updatecandidatestatusateverystageoftherecruitmentlifecycle.
· Recorddailycallingactivities,interviewschedules,andfollow-up reports.
· Ensurerecruitmentdataisaccurate,updated,andreadily available.
· SupportSeniorHRRecruiterswithreportinganddocumentation.
· FollowcompanyrecruitmentSOPs,processes,andcompliancerequirements.
TeamSupport
· Workcloselywith SeniorHRRecruiters toachievehiring targets.
· Supportbulkhiringand recruitmentdrivesacrossmultiple departments.
· Assistwithonboarding coordinationandjoining formalities.
· Escalatecandidate concernsandrecruitmentchallengestotheSeniorHRteam.
· Contributetoachievingdepartmentalhiringgoalsandtimelines.
