Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven, and result-oriented Business Development Executive – Premium Travel & Luxury Experiences to lead sales and partnerships for our luxury travel and experience vertical.
The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury hospitality, experiential travel, networking, and premium lifestyle experiences. This role requires someone who can build strong relationships, convert high-value clients, create strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and convert leads for premium travel experiences, curated retreats, and luxury events.
* Build relationships with HNIs, entrepreneurs, luxury travelers, and corporate clients.
* Develop partnerships with luxury hotels, villas, resorts, hospitality brands, and experience partners.
* Drive sales for exclusive travel experiences, curated social events, and premium memberships.
* Conduct client consultations and deliver personalized experience recommendations.
* Create business development strategies to expand market presence.
* Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maximize conversions.
* Maintain CRM records and track sales performance metrics.
* Represent the brand at networking events and industry gatherings.
Requirements
* 2–5 years of experience in business development, luxury hospitality, premium travel, events, or experiential sales.
* Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
* Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and relationship management.
* Passion for travel, hospitality, lifestyle, and premium experiences.
* Ability to manage high-value clients professionally.
* Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
* Self-driven, ambitious, and target-oriented personality.
