We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Sales department. In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments
Call provided leads daily to identify potential property buyers.
Explain project benefits, clear legal titles, and layout amenities.
Schedule and conduct physical site visits with prospective clients.
Update daily call reports and client status to team leader.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals within agreed timelines
