About the Role:
We are a growing pharmaceutical import and export company based in Moradabad. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Manager to join our fast-paced operations. In this role, you will lead our talent acquisition efforts to find the right people for our expanding business, while also actively managing, guiding, and motivating a team to meet our daily targets. Key Responsibilities:
Targeted Recruitment: Oversee the entire hiring process for various roles within our pharma import/export business—from posting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to interviewing and>
Team Management: Supervise, train, and manage a team of employees. Ensure they are engaged, highly motivated, and consistently hitting their daily and monthly operational targets.
Performance Tracking: Monitor team productivity and implement strategies to maximize output and help your team earn their performance incentives.
Strategy & Planning: Work closely with management to understand the specific hiring needs of our import/export operations and build a continuous pipeline of reliable candidates.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a Team Leadership role.
Strong ability to evaluate candidates and identify the right fit for a fast-moving pharmaceutical and logistics environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage people, handle targets, and thrive in a high-energy setting.
Bonus: Previous experience recruiting or managing teams within the pharma, logistics, or import/export industries is a plus.
Local candidates from Moradabad (or those willing to relocate) are highly preferred.

Fixed Base Salary: ₹28,000 to ₹30,000 per month to start.
