We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to help us scale our business processes efficiently. You will own the operational backbone of the company — identifying bottlenecks, designing better processes, and ensuring the whole organisation runs smoothly.
You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What you'll do:
Identify inefficiencies and design scalable processes across key operational areas
Manage vendors, tools, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency
Define and track operational KPIs and reporting cadence
Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from planning to delivery
Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Support HR and finance operations as the business grows
